HOME SWEET HOME
Start to analyze your own space; make it safe and clean as much as possible.
Designate boundaries for sleeping, potty, play zones.
Puppy proof your home, starting with possible hazards, such as electrical wires, medications, toxic chemicals, poisonous plants, and trash bins.
Beware of materials laying too low for your puppy to reach.
You may also consider installing fences, litter areas and boxes, and cover or spray pieces of furniture to deter damage. You want to prevent pee and poop accidents, damages in valuables and toxic chemicals ingestion.
Keeping your house puppy friendly can also mean less problems and stress on your end.
When things are under your control, the more ideal it becomes to live with. Do not forget to orient and consider other members of your household such as kids, toddlers, and other pets.
